Pretty well finished, but I woulda left the fenders off the wheels. Mudflaps are all 'ya need. Also, that grille looks a lil strange — like the truck just ate something sour.

I would have just stretched the grill, rather than doubling it. It doesn't sit well with me. Otherwise, I'm liking this.
I'd like to see the guy getting in and out of it. Thing is pretty badass regardless.

Actually you do need those wheel wells/fenders because the tires can't be more than 2 inches wider than the vehicle— at least that's the way it is in PA. I'm sure different states have different laws regarding that but it's all the same principle.
